Woodley Clark
Coach Woodley has his CrossFit L2 certification. Woodley has been coaching and training elite athletes for 15 plus years. He is our movement specialist. We look to Woodley for his expertise, knowledge, and instruction on how to move the most efficiently through space and time. His background in physical therapy helps clients and athletes move from injured to thriving, from sick to well. Woodley lives for the pursuit across the fitness continuum, the progression.

Coach Stevie has her CrossFit L2 certification. Coach Stevie was a three sport athlete at Lenoir-Rhyne University. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science and a USA Weightlifting certification. Stevie has a passion for training, training others, and competing in the sport of CrossFit. Stevie qualified and competed at the 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games Regional Competition in Florida and at the No Bull CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin in 2023 as a Team Athlete. Stevie will be quick to tell you that her greatest accomplishment is being a mother of two boys.

Coach Bryan, aka "Ric" tells it like it is. Bryan has his CrossFit L2 certification and has been coaching for 6 plus years. He is the biggest OG, straight forward, no BS, do it right, community first trainer in the gym. Bryan rarely holds back, but always has the greater good in mind. According to Bryan, “if you cheat your reps, you cheat yourself.” Coach Bryan wants his reps! He coaches you to be better than yesterday, but to appreciate and enjoy the opportunity you have today. He knows the importance of enjoying the process and the necessity to balance work and play. Coach Bryan has a work ethic that surpasses most. He pushes work, honesty, and consistency to move the needle.

Coach Eric has his CrossFit L2 certification. Eric has been a regular in the gym for 14 years and has been coaching athletes for 6 plus years. Eric specializes in “fitness for life”. Eric enjoys helping others to prepare for whatever life puts in front of them. Differentiating workouts for a new mom, for a child, a grandmother, or adaptive athlete is his thing. He coaches the athlete in front of him based on individual needs and desired outcomes. Coach Eric has a large database of nutritional knowledge to share with anyone wanting to take it to the next level. "He reminds us all that abs are made in the kitchen."

Coach Calyn Clark, aka “little Ric”, is a Western Carolina University alumni and has his CrossFit L1 certification. Calyn has over a decade of experience in the CrossFit box. Calyn is an outdoorsman, a high school wrestler, and a bluegrass playing troubadour. The CrossFit methodology aligns with his “all in” personality. He is all energy, ready to go, wants you to get after it, wants you to progress. Calyn will meet you where you are at as an athlete and push you in your pursuit. Leave your ego at the door please and let's get to work. We have one hour, make it the best hour of your day.

Coach Landyn James has her CrossFit L2 certification. Landon has been doing CrossFit for 8 plus years. Health and wellness have been a part of Landyn’s life for as long as she can remember. She participated in various sports growing up and was a cheerleader at Western Carolina University for 4 years. Coach Landyn has a bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy and a master’s degree in Health Sciences. She has a passion for seeing others succeed with their health and fitness goals and is a firm believer in the CrossFit methodology as a vessel to prepare you for adversity and whatever life throws at you.
Landyn Hasson

Coach Sarah has her CrossFit L1 certification. Sarah has a story to be told as she too has moved from sick to well, from well to fit. She has embraced fitness as a lifestyle, through nutrition and the methodology that Greg Glassman created, CrossFit. Sarah has the heart and care like no other. She is all smiles until you leave out the importance of eating healthy. Sarah will dive down the rabbit hole with you if you are interested in discussing eating and the benefits of sound nutrition.
